Into the Bye Week

After a good team win by the Pack to beat the Carolina Panthers the Packers enter the bye week with a impressive 8-2 record. The Packers are sitting pretty right now, not only at the top of the NFC North but also at the top of the NFC. They sit as the second best team in the NFC only behind the San Francisco 49ers. The Packers get a chance to take that top spot next week though as that is who they play. This game should be a great game to tune in and watch. The 49ers with a star at QB with Jimmy G. and defensive monster Nick Bosa, this should be one heck of a game.

The Packers game against the Panthers was another nail-bitter. They ended up winning 24-16 against a solid Panthers team. They one this one by a goal line stop which was extremely close. The Packer stopped possible MVP candidate Christian Mccaffery at the 1 yard line. It was a very exciting game to watch for both sides. Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams both had great games running the ball and Aaron Rodgers did his thing to help the Pack secure another dub.

The Packers will need to take this bye week very seriously to show the world that they are a top team in this league. They will need to shut down the 49er's offense to take control of the game. Hopefully that shouldn't be too big of a deal with D-linemen Preston Smith and Za'Darius Smith. This duo has the most combined sacks out of any in the league. That type of pressure should really effect Jimmy G. and help shut them down a little but. And also the NFL's leading tackler Blake Martinez should help out with that too.

After the Packers play the 49ers, they play the 2-8 New York Giant and hopefully should get a easy win. The Giant have been struggling all season and shouldn't be able to keep up with the Packers explosive offense and scary defense. Especially with the Giant's Rookie QB Daniel Jones who isn't doing so hot. The Packers will be traveling to New York for this game so the weather or climate change won't effect them at all, unlike in their game down in San Diego.

A win against the 49er's would guarantee a winning season and prove how good the Packers really are. The Packers have been extremely blessed with their health and injuries lately (knock on wood). If the Packers stay healthy and keep playing the high level football they have been playing, they should have a good game and hopefully come out with a win against the 49ers.
